Creekside Goldendoodles Puppy Purchase Contract
deThe Breeder guarantees that at the time of delivery to the buyer, the puppy is in good health, is up-to-date on immunizations appropriate for the puppy's age and has had the appropriate deworming treatments as defined by Breeder's state licensed veterinarian.
The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. If the sale is on a weekend, the sale is considered to be at 10:00 a.m. Monday.
Breeder agrees to replace the puppy (if another one is available), provide a puppy from a future litter or refund the cost of the puppy if a licensed veterinarian judges it to be in a non-healthy condition of a serious nature upon arrival. Any request to return the puppy must be made by the Buyer within 5 days from receipt of the puppy and the Buyer must provide proof of the veterinary exam and findings to the Breeder. The puppy must be returned to the seller unharmed. No veterinarian fees or transportation costs will be paid by Breeder.
Great care has been exercised to ensure the puppy is free of parasites, worms, or coccidia. Since these are very common in puppies, the guarantee does not cover these very treatable conditions or any minor illness requiring short-term medication.
1 Year Health Guarantee
The Breeder guarantees against genetic defects that make the puppy unsuitable for a family pet. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered:
All of our puppies are checked at six and eight weeks by a licensed veterinarian. If any of these problems are evident at that time, you will be informed before taking your puppy home. If it is determined that the puppy does have a genetic disorder that is identified within the guarantee period, the Buyer has the option of either a replacement puppy from the next available litter or a refund. If it becomes necessary to ship a replacement puppy, those fees are to be paid by the buyer. If the puppy should die from a suspected congenital defect within the guarantee period, an autopsy must be performed at the Buyer's expense by a licensed veterinarian. If the Breeder's veterinarian agrees with the findings of the autopsy, a full refund, less shipping charges, will be provided to the Buyer.
We cannot guarantee that your puppy will never develop any health problems - just as a pediatrician cannot guarantee a child will never develop any health problems in the future. We have no reason to believe that our puppies will develop problems, however, if anything does occur, we ask that you notify us so that we can take whatever corrective action is appropriate.
2 Year Health Guarantee Extension
We are offering a one year extension to the health guarantee to anyone who puts their new puppy on NuVet. The parents are on NuVet and the puppies are started on NuVet here at six weeks of age. We believe that NuVet's immune system support supplement provides the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, herbs and antioxidants that perform synergistically to bring together all of the vital ingredients required to maintain optimal health.
For this reason, we will extend the guarantee. The buyer will be required to give the puppy NuVet Plus, using the manufacturer's recommended daily dosage, for the entire guarantee period. Failure to do so, makes the guarantee extension null and void.
Return of Puppy
If for any reason, you find yourself unable to keep your puppy, you can return him to us and we will either keep him or try to find a good home for him. We are 100% committed to each of our puppies - they will never need rescued - they can just come home.
Buyer's Responsibility
The Buyer agrees to pay the Breeder $1,500.00 plus shipping if applicable.
The Buyer agrees to feed their puppy only a premium quality food.
The Buyer understands and agrees the puppy is purchased as a pet only, with no breeding rights, and must be spayed or neutered within one year or at the time/age recommended by your licensed veterinarian.
The Buyer agrees to make and keep annual veterinary appointments for their puppy.
The Buyer agrees to keep all immunizations current.
The Buyer agrees to follow their veterinarian's recommendation on deworming, flea and tick control.
The Buyer agrees to protect their puppy from unvaccinated and possibly diseased dogs by avoiding dog parks, truck stops, and other places where dogs may leave infected feces until the puppy has had all of his vaccines and treatments (probably around 20 weeks).
This written agreement is a binding contract in the state of Missouri, and is the entire agreement between the buyer and seller concerning the health conditions or loss of this puppy. Any litigation commenced shall take place in the state of Missouri in Barry County.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DEPOSITS
Deposits are paid to the Breeder in order to hold your spot. This means that you are on our list, and if you are to back out, then we have to fill that spot and let every single person know that was below you on the list, which can be difficult. If you decide to not reserve a puppy after you have paid your deposit, due to the amount of paperwork we do and PayPal fees, we will give your deposit back or only part of your deposit back according to the following:
The Buyer will NOT receive their deposit back if they back out after the puppies are 4 weeks old.
The Buyer will receive only HALF of their deposit back if they back out after the puppies are born-4 weeks old.
The Buyer will receive only $400 of their deposit back if they back out before the puppies are born.
